It can be worn with an evening gown, wedding dress, or even jeans. This is also a perfect addition to a dress for a bridesmaid, mother of a bride or any guest. This is somewhat a fitted jacket with kimono style sleeves that would flatter a woman of any body type.

All items are made to order. Please see each listing for about when each item will be shipped. Production and shipping are business days only. Weekends and Holidays are not included in turn around times.Production time usually takes 7-10 days.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders have a minimum fee of $15 plus any additional costs in labor and or materials. SIMPLE changes such as using a crystal for a pearl, or rhinestone (vise versa), using a clip instead of a comb, or veil length are not consider custom and I'm happy to accommodate. Please have all of your requests and need by date included in your convo. Color changes are considered custom. Custom orders will take longer depending on your order. Ship by date will be discussed via convo when custom order is being arranged.

RUSH ORDERS:
If you need your item's production time rushed please convo me to discuss specific rates and time frames. Rush orders will be accepted on a case by case basis depending on my current production schedule so I MUST be contacted BEFORE purchase so I can give you the most accurate ship time and rate for your need.

We are a small independent company based out of the UK  that specializes in handmade wedding veils and hair adornments. Our designs reflect the organic and simple elegance of nature. In particular, we connect with the stylish nature loving bride who appreciates the fine art wedding and is looking for something unique and creative to finish her wedding day look.

Vintage alencon lace, hand-dyed silk dupioni and chiffon, sparkling Swarovski crystals and freshwater pearls... these are just a few of the materials that inspire my wedding creations. I love incorporating vintage styles and materials into my accessories and adding a modern edge. From the glamour of the Roaring Twenties to the classic elegance of Kate and William's royal wedding, almost all of my creations are inspired by specific time periods and eras.

We believe as a business our job goes beyond creating beautiful pieces for brides. We are strong supporters for the art of handmade and all the benefits that come out of this style of business. We hire local talent and plan our goals around building a company that pays a livable wage. We believe in giving back to our community and more specifically in contributing to creating a culture for each person to thrive.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any problems with our items, please do contact us first. We are always at your service.

In order to avoid problems, please double check your order details (size, color, style) carefully before you place the veil order, as our goods are processed according to requirements in your order. All placed orders are subjected under our return policy.

We only accept the return of items in their original condition. For any returns or exchanges, please make sure the items are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with tags and other intact attachments.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

·Customized items (custom length or custom style) are considered final sale items, and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note that we don't accept any return or exchange without our prior confirmation.

Exchanges

We are gladly do an exchange if the item is defective but I must be notified within 2-3 days of receiving the item. If it is past that time please email anyways to see if there is still something I can do for you. I will do an exchange as well on most items if it does not work for you. Please email me to see if your item qualifies for an exchange.

Procedures Of Return And Refund

Please note:

·Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
·Items must be sent to our return address within 7 days after the return request is confirmed. Please kindly email us the return delivery information, including the shipping courier and tracking number. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, except for items that are defective, damaged or mis-shipped.
·Credit will be processed for the original cost paid for the items and tax, handling fees and other additional fees.
·Most credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the item, allowing for processing and inspection time.

·Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts used on your order. If you have used a coupon code in your order and are unsure about your refund amount, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We do not offer returns on custom orders but I may be able to adjust the item to your liking. Please convo me to see what we can do. Veils that are made to a custom length, with addtional layers/blusher and raw edge silk veils are non refundable. Buyer will need to pay shipping back to me and back to buyer for additional custom requests.
